C Squared Events, LLC was founded by Cathie Catasus and is an event planning company and also offers officiant services. We are a mother-daughter team. Cathie and her daughters, Caiti and Rachel, are the primary event coordinators. We have the skills and expertise to execute all of your event planning needs. We have a desire to help people and companies plan their dream event – anything from celebrations and weddings to conferences and trade shows.
Cathie Catasus – I have always had a creative side and have enjoyed hobbies over the years such as cake decorating, flower arranging, crafts and of course event planning! Event planning gives me an outlet to exercise my imagination and creativity. One of my strongest attributes is my attention to detail. My experience includes over 27 years in quality control, over 13 years in planning weddings, anniversary parties, wedding and baby showers, holiday parties, sweet sixteen parties, community events, conferences and trade shows. My experience includes: day-of/month-of wedding coordination; custom decor; contract review; venue location scouting; guest lists; budget assistance; seating charts/layout; on-site coordination with vendors and travel arrangements; conference attendee registration; vendor registration.
In 2023, I was honored when my daughter asked me to officiate her wedding! I have many years of public speaking experience, including being a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) twice! So I became an ordained minister and now I can put all of my years of public speaking experience to work while officiating weddings/elopements.
I am the mom of 4 – two girls of my own, a step-son and a step-daughter. I like to play with my cockapoo puppy, travel, watch movies and read when I am not working on one of my many craft projects.
Caiti Levy – I have a background in catering and office management. While working with a catering company in Chattanooga, Tennessee I worked weddings, parties, conferences and business events. I have been an office manager providing excellent customer service for over 9 years.
I am mom to 6 dogs, 4 cats, and 3 goats. Yes, I love animals and also own a pet sitting business! In my free time I like to spend time with my family and friends, go boating, fishing and dancing.
