Amazing Coordinator!
Cathie and Rachel were amazing as our Day-Of Coordinators. They exceeded our expectations and were extremely attentive, reliable, and communicative. They were clutch numerous times through out the day and we can’t imagine how our wedding would have turned out if it weren’t for them. We are extremely happy we had Cathie and Rachel as our coordinators for our wedding and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

Cathie and Caiti nailed it! I was a giant ball of stress and their “I got this…. I got you” professional and calm demeanor made me completely relax. They were extremely commutative and responsive from the very first message sent! I never had to look far if I needed anything, someone had eyes on my husband and I the whole day and evening. Our set up, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, private last dance, sparkler exit and clean up were perfectly executed. I gave them an idea of what we wanted and let her run with it. They made everything so beautiful! They made sure that our requested private time in the bridal suite to enjoy an appetizer and drink as newly husband and wife was honored (aka politely escorted well wishers to the cocktail hour so we could sit and enjoy a minite to ourselves as newlyweds!) And on top of it, they went way out of their way to make sure we had a special dessert for us to enjoy! I had not one thing to worry about on our special day. I so very highly recommend C Squared Events to anyone looking for perfection on their special day!

Cathie & Caiti were amazing to work with. From start to finish they paid attention to detail, and made sure we did not have to worry/stress about anything. They listened to what we wanted and executed our plans beautifully. Cathie made sure we followed our timeline and stayed on schedule. Caiti interacted with our guests and made sure they were having fun. I had red wine spilled on my dress and Cathie immediately went to work trying to remove the stain. I recommend them to anyone having an event, and I plan to hire them again for any future events. Hiring C Squared Events was one of the best decisions we made.

She organized our rehearsal and wedding day with ease! They were there for every little thing from bustling my complicated dress to making sure my slippers were on for dancing! C Squared coordinated our wedding ceremony and reception and they absolutely ROCKED IT! We had a budget wedding in which there were a lot of moving parts. Cathy was the best decision we made during planning. Can’t imagine having pulled things off without her!
Cathy really means it when she says full service. We didn’t have a decorator or caterer, so they accepted delivery of our food and set everything up. My dad performed the ceremony, which was his first, so she helped us plan the ceremony. There were MANY mishaps (as there are in every wedding) that I only heard about as funny stories afterward. Cathy handled all of that and more! Neither of them were afraid to get their hands dirty (throwing my veil in the air for the perfect photo, stacking up chairs from the ceremony while we’re dancing the night away). They think on their feet and look gorgeous doing it!
We booked her for same day services, which only included the wedding day, rehearsal dinner, and a consultation. However, Cathy was so caring through the process and was only one call away when I got stuck during planning. Her suggestions were helpful but not pushy and she put her experience to work.
We still get calls and texts from people were at our wedding and those who have been looking at photos and videos saying that it was the best wedding they’ve been to, they had a blast, everything looked so beautiful, and little did they know that we didn’t even break $5k for a ceremony, dinner, and open bar, thanks to C Squared!
