C Squared Events came to the rescue The decision to hire a coordinator was made about 2 months before the wedding. I had everything planned, was just looking for someone to help put the vision together. Cathie and her daughter blew me away with the attention to detail. Cathie did an amazing job as our day of coordinator for our wedding! She was very easy to communicate with, asked great questions and went above and beyond with everything that needed to be done on the day of! I did not have anyone ask me for anything or call me on the day, she took care of any questions that people had. Ceremony decorations could not have been any better, and she even improvised and reused the ceremony flowers at the reception space. Hiring Cathie and Caiti was the best decision that we made that day, they made the entire wedding effortless and for an unbelievable value.

C Squared Events did an excellent job on my wife’s 70th Surprise Birthday Party. Found a venue, supplied a DJ, catered the event, and supplied all the beautiful decorations for the party. Everyone there raved about how well things were organized and what a great time they had. I will definitely use Cathie again when I schedule my next event.
